Withdrawal/ Return

The customers have the right to cancle their purchase within 14 days from the day the customer receives the order/item without maintain any reason. In order to make use of the rights of withdrawal the customer mus announce the withdrawal to within 14 days. If the order/item is sent back to after 14 days the right of withdrawal is not valid if not have been announced. The customer must contact within 14 days to inform us about their decision. The customer can also use the contact form "contact us" on the website.

If you would like gaspbbstore implement your return  we will add a return fee of 20€ to your restitution. If you want to return your products than is responsible for the return and insurance as soon as the products been transmitted to the convoyer.
We will refound your purhase as soon as we receive the product. Before you return your prosucts, send us an e-mail to is responsible for the return in cases where items are defected or faulty. The consumer needs to contacts as soon as the the defect or faulty item has been discovered.

When returning a product to please fill in the Returns & Exchanges sheet that you received with your product(s). If you lost that sheet, you´ll find it in your shipment confirmation that you received when shipment was made will not return item such as underwear if seal is broken. Special made items or specific customized products can not be returned at all.

As soon as has received the returned product the withdrawal can be made. You will receive the withdrawal via the same payment options that you choosed to pay when placing your order.

The producs must be returned along with the Packing slip, Invoice and the returns and exchanges sheet, or copies of these. Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the products not getting damaged during the return transit to
When returning, we recomend you to wrap the products with outer packaging such as a box. You can olso use the same packaging you received with your products if not damaged.

Customer Complaints In the rare event that something is wrong with a purchased item, please contact our Customer Support and we will provide you with a return shipping label through email. You’ll attach the return label on the package, and you’ll then drop off the package at a Postnord service location. To find your closest Postnord location, click on the link below: If the item returned is GASP or Better Bodies, you’ll have to add PO Number on the return sheet that you were provided with when receiving your order. The PO number consist of 4 digits, and you’ll find it next to the items washing instructions.   If your package is damaged at pick up, please report this to your local Postnord service location immediately, as well as to our Customer Support. When contacting Customer Support, you’ll need to provide tour order number and package tracking number. For all returns (with the exception of damaged goods) the return sheet has to be completed.
