Delivery is free on all order over 199€. Orders below 199€ incur a standard transit fee of 20€ to all countries within the EU.
We only ship to countries within the EU.
Orders before 2pm monday-friday (Swedish time +1) will leave the warehouse the same day.

We use UPS Standard as shipping service, to see the estimated delivery times please see map below.
Estimated time of delivery is 1-7 working days, depends of where to deliver.
Please note - delivery times may be longer following special promotions or special offers.
How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?
As soon as packaging has been made you will recevie an e-mail with tracking-id, when you receive that e-mail your order has been shipped and you are abel to track. To track your order please see below on "How do i track my order". Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e.mail address, delivery address, cell phone number ect.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com for more information.
What happens if an order of mine is damaged?
All our shippements are insured, if youre package is damaged when you receive it, please let the UPS driver/staff know. Then contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us about the damage and your order will be replaced by us. We will claim our delivery partner who´s responible for the damage. To claim damaged goods the items must be damaged, if the packaging or wrapping is damaged you will not be replaced with new items.
How do I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order is to download UPS Mobile to your cell phone. follow the instructions of how to track your order, you will be abel to follow your order all the way to your house or delivery point.
You can also visit UPS.com and track your order. Select your country and follow instructions.
